It’s easy to make a referral:

 1)     Log your referral – complete the form below. Be sure to include a brief written endorsement on our online submission form

2)     Ask them to apply – your referral does not count as an application, the person you referred still needs to submit their own application

3)     Get paid – when your friend completes nesting, you’ll receive $150. You’ll receive another $350 after they’ve been with us for 90 days

·       Associate must complete the online submission form before the candidate applies

·       Employee must be employed by Fortuity at the time of the bonus
