Inc. 5000 ranks Fortuity #12th Fastest Growing Private Company in Ohio

 NEW YORK, August 13, 2024

Inc. Magazine revealed today that Fortuity ranks No. 844 on the 2024 Inc. 5000, its annual list of the fastest-growing private companies in America. With 589% three-year business growth, Fortuity ranks No. 12 as the fastest-growing private company in the state of Ohio.

The prestigious ranking provides a data-driven look at the most successful companies within the economy’s most dynamic segment—its independent, entrepreneurial businesses. Microsoft, Meta, Chobani, Under Armour, Timberland, Oracle, Patagonia, and many other household-name brands gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.

"We are beyond thrilled and deeply honored to be recognized as one of America’s fastest-growing private companies by Inc. 5000 for the first time,” founder and CEO of Fortuity, Fred Brothers, says. “This achievement, highlighting our 589% growth over the past three years, speaks volumes about the incredible dedication of our team and the trust our clients place in us.

We hope that our ranking as the 12th fastest-growing private company in Ohio shows keeping outsourced jobs accessible leads to economic inclusion for our neighbors. Continuing to prioritize doing good not only benefits our business but also yields significant outcomes for our predominantly inner-city workforce. By showcasing to companies in central Ohio that doing good is not just a moral imperative but also a smart business strategy, we are making a positive impact on both our community and our bottom line.

Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this journey. We’re excited for what’s ahead as we keep pushing the boundaries of what’s possible together!”

The Inc. 5000 class of 2024 represents companies that have driven rapid revenue growth while navigating inflationary pressure, the rising costs of capital, and seemingly intractable hiring challenges.
