Fortuity Founder & CEO Fred Brothers named Columbus Business First C-Suite Award Honoree
Franklinton, Columbus, OH - July 17th, 2024 -
Fred Brothers, Founder and CEO of Fortuity, has been selected as a Columbus Business First C Suite Awards Honoree for CEO of a private company with 26 to 100 employees.
The award highlights Central Ohio’s most impactful and admired executives.
Fred Brothers was moved by this new honorific and the words of the nomination: “All I can say is that I am humbled and gratified. This is a team recognition, not an individual one.”
At Fortuity, they’ve redefined customer support with a unique, community-focused approach. Fred budgets a portion of the revenue generated from Fortuity’s business services to help subsidize the nonprofit partners who provide extensive support services to help employees manage their challenges and mitigate the barriers that keep them moving in-and-out of the workforce and stuck in poverty. These services encompass on-site mental health resources, connections to affordable housing, transportation, legal aid, and food assistance, ensuring holistic support for our employees' well-being.
David Dirkhising, Fortuity’s Customer Experience & Operations Manager, attributes Fred's robust leadership, mentorship, and encouragement to be a significant contribution to his prestigious award of being named a 2024 40 Under 40 honoree by Columbus Business First. “Fred pushes my limits- and that has expanded my horizons not only on professional operational aspects but also on entrepreneurial ventures and on strengthening my personal development and goals.”
Columbus Business First will celebrate this year's honorees with a Gala and reception on September 19 2024. The 2024 class will be highlighted in a special section published online and in the Sept. 20 issue of Columbus Business First.
